HOA
BOARD OF DIRECTORS UPDATE
During
the May 5th meeting,
the Board unanimously accepted Karen Uhlig's request to serve on the
Northwood HOA Board of Directors. Karen was appointed by the Board and
was to begin serving as of the June meeting; however, a review of this
decision by our attorney indicated that this decision should not stand
because of the lack of a quorum to hold an annual meeting that was to
have been held in January 2011.
This means that
the current board
of 3 members will stand until the next annual meeting in January 2012
where a quorum will need to be established to raise the number of board
members who can serve.

FINE
COMMITTEE - MEMBERS NEEDED
During the April
14th meeting, the Board approved the formation of a Fine Committee. The
Fine Committee will serve to enforce compliance of the Northwood of
Pasco deed restrictions.
Currently, two homeowners have
volunteered to serve on the Fine Committee. At least one additional
member is needed and a total of five is preferred. Any homeowner interested in serving may contact Property
