HOA BOARD AND MANAGEMENT
The Northwood Home Owners
Association (HOA) is made up of up to five homeowners. The HOA also has
several committees supporting it: Architectural
Control, Landscape,
Deed
Restriction, Newsletter, Social and Website.
The HOA property is managed
by Community
Association Management Services, LLC ,
a local management company based in Tampa.
The HOA board is an elected
voluntary board, comprise of homeowners who hold their seats for one
year. Elections are held in January.
