Today, the community has 638 homes in the Wesley Chapel area in Tampa, Florida, USA. Northwood combines the convenience of location with a lifestyle for family and the professionals alike. We are conveniently located within minutes of shopping, dining and entertainment. Our Home Owners Association (HOA) is made up of three homeowners supporting the Architectural Control, Landscape, Deed Restriction, Newsletter, Social and Website sub-committees. The property is managed by Community Association Management Services, LLC , a local management company based in Tampa.

Our Community Development District Board (CDD) is comprised of five homeowners. This board manages the amenities and common areas of the community such as the pool, parks, tennis courts, landscaping, security and common areas. This property is managed by DMS. A monthly CDD meeting is scheduled for the first Monday of each month.
