ANNUAL BUDGET INFORMATION
We hope this information is useful and invite you to
direct any questions about the budgeting process to the Treasurer or
the Board of Directors. You may request copies of the HOA Annual Budget
by contacting CAMS at (813) 874-2200.
Typically the budget is
developed over a 2-3 month time period, where the board meets and puts
together ideas and plans for the upcoming budget year. This process
concludes with a public hearing, where resident input is taken into
consideration prior to the budget being adopted. The Budget is then
adopted by a majority vote and payment coupons for the HOA assessment
are mailed directly to each homeowner who in turn have until January
15th to make payment without being assessed any late fees.
The financials in the
district are audited once a year.
